A very familiar type of coffee, but with no caffeine.
A classic Brazilian. Displays a rich, deeply matrixed acidity reminiscent of the best Sumatras. Purists will admire the Brazil virtues: full body and round, spice-toned sweetness. This coffee comes from one of the best growing regions in southern Brazil: Cerrado, in Minas Gerais State, or Mogiana, in Sao Paulo State.
This coffee presents itself with nutty and sweet notes with almost no acidity and develops an exceptional bittersweet chocolate roast taste.
As all our decafs, the Stang was developed using the chemical-free Swiss water process.
