About the coffee
This is a coffee from Western Honduras. This 100% Catimor micro-lot separation from producer Clemente Corea was dry-milled at Beneficio San Vicente, that exists for 20 years, and has been helping local small producers export their amazing green beans to the world.
It presents amazing fruity notes, which is why we recommend a nice pour-over to fully experience it.
