Shipping & Return Policy
COVID-19 UPDATE (EFFECTIVE SINCE OCTOBER 2021)
In compliance with the current lockdown in Ontario, THRILL Coffee is reducing the number of times our employees are processing orders per week, which implies that, depending on the time of the order, a shipment may take up to 96 hours to be processed.
ORDER PROCESSING TIME
Generally, orders as processed in up to 72 hours (Mon-Sat), not including holidays.
THRILL Coffee offers free shipping on any coffee subscription within Canada and on regular orders based on total value pre-tax. The current minimum amount is always informed on the top of the website.
If an order is to incur on paid shipping costs, this cost is to be automatically calculated by Canada Post or one of Thrill Coffee parcel delivery partners.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING OPTIONS
THRILL Coffee does not offer shipping outside of Canada currently.
If you're looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! Please check out our policy:
No coffee product can be returned. Only coffee gear and merchandise can. Exception to discounted items, which sales are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
The item(s) must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
RETURNED PRODUCT CONDITIONS
In order to have a return accepted by THRILL Coffee , the item must have tags still on and be returned in its origial product packaging.
A returned item must have no visible signs of wear or use.
WHAT CAN A PRODUCT BE RETURNED FOR
Items can be returned for store credit or replaced with another product of the same value. THRILL only offers refund to the original payment method in case the product got damaged before arrival or is innoperant while still meeting the eligibility criteria.
RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
Customers that used PayPal as their payment method may use their "Return Shipping On Us" policy to be reimbursed of up to $30 on return costs (learn more here: https://www.paypal.com/ca/for-you/shop/refunded-returns) .
We do not cover any return shipping cost.
